Refund & Exchange Policy
FULL PRICE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund, exchange, and/or credit note. Please note return shipping fees and original shipping fees are not reimbursed.
SALE ITEMS
Products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy. These are last chance styles and will not be restocked.
RETURN REQUEST CONDITIONS:
In order for your Return Request to be approved, your items must meet the following criteria:
1. Items must be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition, and returned unworn, unwashed and with the original labels, tags, and hygiene stickers still attached.
3. Samples, and any products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy.
5. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return reason is due to a faulty garment or a mistake on our behalf.
6. Your return must be received, inspected, and approved before we issue a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE:
Byhao has the right to refuse refund/exchange if the returned products do not fulfil these requirements. Returns received outside of the 3 Day Refunds and Exchange period will not be accepted.
All customers are responsible for return postage costs for all refunds and/or exchanges. First exchanges will be re-sent to you free of charge. All subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and postage costs will not be covered by Byhao.
